The Erling Electrical Team successfully completed a comprehensive electrical project at the HEB in Mansfield, Texas, focusing on critical systems for the fuel forecourt, kiosk, and car wash. 

We began with underground rough-ins for the fuel tanks and dispensers, ensuring proper conduit placement. Dispenser wiring was routed through vapor-proof conduits to prevent hazardous vapors from reaching the kiosk, using specialized fire-retardant and chemical-resistant materials. All conduits from the forecourt were fitted with seal-offs for additional vapor protection, ensuring a secure and code-compliant installation. 

For the canopy, we handled the electrical installation for both lighting and security cameras. We ran conduits for canopy lighting to provide reliable forecourt illumination and power for price signs. Conduits for security cameras were installed within the canopy structure, ensuring full coverage of the forecourt. Each conduit was sealed to protect against environmental factors, integrating vapor-proof and weather-resistant components to maintain system integrity and protect electrical connections. 

In the car wash system, we managed both underground and above-ground electrical installations. This included underground wiring for sensors, vehicle detection systems, and control panels. Our team also ran conduits for payment terminals and heater systems to prevent pipe freezing during colder months. By anticipating the equipment needs, we ensured all electrical boxes and connections were ready before the machinery arrived.
