Erling addressed the persistent issue of roller wear at a car wash in Dripping Springs, TX, where the frequency of roller replacements had escalated from monthly to weekly, leading to higher maintenance costs and increased downtime. By replacing the existing rails, Erling successfully reduced roller usage and maintenance costs, helping to maintain regular maintenance schedules and ensuring reliable car wash operations for customers.

Erling specializes in top-quality chemical car wash products from Quest Car Care Products and recently installed a new build site in Pflugerville, Texas, with Quest’s Chem Genie Chemicals. H-E-B upgraded their Wayne Ovation2 dispensers to the advanced Anthem UX platform, featuring state-of-the-art technology like a 27″ interactive touchscreen and customizable promotional strategies to boost sales and efficiency. At Erling, we pride ourselves on our ability to swiftly execute retrofit upgrades with the Anthem platform, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers. state compliance
Erling’s Compliance Team rehabilitated a severely corroded sump in Dallas, TX, by meticulously cleaning and replacing components to restore functionality and prevent TCEQ fines. They replaced critical parts, removed rust, water, and debris, and ensured the sump met industry standards by addressing issues like unsafe electrical wiring and corrosion. Project Management
The Erling Team completed the Georgian Market project in Austin, TX, in spring 2024, featuring a state-of-the-art fuel system with a 25,000-gallon tank and advanced dispensers. Over the year-long project, the team managed subcontractors and coordinated with various departments to adhere to schedules, scopes, and regulatory requirements. Successful navigation of challenges, including a 90-day canopy permitting process, demonstrated the team’s commitment to excellence and effective project management.
